Basciano posted comments about a report in which he wronfully accused someone of being a convicted rapist. When asked to explain why the alleged convict is not a registered sex offender Mike Basciano linked to a forum where someone was complaining about being arrested for a sex crime before being released and never prosecuted. There were two incidents of false rape conviction accusations by this former member. The portion of the original explanation above was recovered from our Twitter account. The altering of the record occurred on January 19, 2010 at 4:29 PM and was made using the same internet connection used to create the original report. It was at this time that the explanation was changed to a long string of 0's in what can only be assumed as a numerical representation of the author's self worth.'
