New Comment Deactivation Feature

New Features: Comment deactivation features previously installed on all STD Carrier Comments have been extended to all StDiVo, Free Flash Games, and Free Speech Forum comments. This effectively puts the end user in full control of public comment visibility. Planned Weekend Improvements: 1. Evil Doers Renovation - Changes include a new category for wicked commentators. 2. Forum Restructuring - Adding a more traditional thread based format as opposed to just a comment grid. This will be good for starting seperate discussions.	2/20/2010	STDCarriers.com
