- If you believe that one of the STD Carrier Reports is false and want to get it removed follow the instruction in the Record Removal Policy BEFORE emailng us.

- If you feel you must contact us to resolve a profile of questionable accuracy please include in your message the carrier identification number or the uniform resource locator (URL) of the report.

Things to Avoid When Contacting STD Carriers

- Threats  of any kind. Threats accomplish nothing and notable threats are published in the Threats, Rants, and Raves Section along with all information we have about the source. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses.

- Unconstructive Ranting . Constructive criticism is welcome, but unconstructive rants (pointless complaining usually full of profanity) accomplish nothing and notable rants are published in the Threats, Rants, and Raves Section along with all information we have about the source. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses.

- Content on Third Party Sites. STD Carriers has no control over information copied from it and posted elsewhere. It also has no control over the presence of links to STD Carriers on other websites. This includes web crawler based search engines such as Google, Yahoo, and Bing.

- Compliments. Everyone likes a compliment and so do we. We appreciate your support and if we like it enough we may publish it in the Raves part of the Threats, Rants, and Raves Section. Out of courtesy we will not post any of your personally identifiable information without your permission.

- Advertising Questions. Interested in purchasing banner space on a weekly or monthly basis? We can provide you with a wide range of options from entire sections down to pages for specific areas and individual records.

- Media Interview Requests. Are you doing a story for a news organization and would like to ask us some questions? We will answer them all.

Telephone interviews are possible for members of the media and potential advertisers who can verify their identity. Please contact us at least 48 hours before any deadline since we do not have time to check emails every day, but do so several times a week.
