Telephone interviews are possible for members of the media and potential advertisers who can verify their identity. Please contact us at least 48 hours before any deadline since we do not have time to check emails every day, but do so several times a week.

By Regular Mail

We no longer list our P.O. Box in this section in order to assist users in contacting us via email. This decision was made in response to people sending material via standard mail other than test results including complaints despite clear instructions to send all complaints via email. With the exceptions of shipping merchandise and receiving test results we do not do business via standard mail due to the fact that email rendered regular mail obsolete as a means of text based communication over a decade ago.
