Emails by Alleged STD Report Author Accuse DA of Corruption

UPDATE: This author finally proved that he was who he said he was, so his request to remove the report was honored. The prosecutor mentioned in his email is Kevin Demer. Demer was behind the eventual selective prosecution of the STDCarriers.com owner even though it was shown that the subject of his report had harassed the STDCarriers.com owner and his family members. UPDATE: Due to progress with this investigation the report in question has been deactivated and all references to its subject have been replaced with variations of the name Jane Doe.

The bulk of this page consists of a series of emails exchanged between STDCarriers.com and an unknown individual claiming to be an Oregon man named Jon Groff as well as the STDCarriers.com user SvenMogul. The exact source of these messages has not been confirmed because all communications received came from an email address other than the one used to create the STDCarriers.com account and the report in question.

The exchanges took place in October of 2011 after the subject of the report submitted several requests for removal one of which contained a .pdf file that is also being published in which the subject tells a horrible story. It also contains a scanned copy of a document that appears to be a plea bargain entered into by the alleged author and sender of the emails. The only problems with this document are that it was received in an email attachment from the subject. As a general policy we do not treat documents submitted electronically as authentic unless they come from a verifiable government email address with the exception of STD test results from licensed attorneys in good standing with the bar in their state and the court document does not mention anything about this site. The reason for the document acceptance policy is Photoshop because anyone can make anything look real with very little training and making official looking documents that look like the state made them is extremely easy to do, but we have no reason to suspect the author of forging anything. When STD Carriers first investigated this complaint in October we reached the conclusion that there was not enough evidence to prove that the author of these emails was in fact the author of the STD report and we did not see any evidence of false statements in the STD report. Those facts remain because all we asked the author of the emails to do in order to get the report removed was to verify ownership of an email address belonging to the same domain name used by SvenMogul to join STD Carriers. Normally we would require verification of the specific member email address, but we did and still are willing to make an exception in this case because the domain name belongs to a small private business and is registered to the alleged author. The emails will show that the alleged author requested the removal of the report, stopped short of actually admitting to writing it with an amnesia story, and stopped short of verifying ownership of any email address at that domain name.

At first STD Carriers believed that this would be a simple case of verifying ownership of an email address after getting a request from someone claiming ownership of the author’s account, but instead of completing a simple task so we could remove the report quickly the alleged author elected instead to engage in a series of profane rants accusing the subject of horrible things including the use of sexual favors to bribe a prosecutor at the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office. He also fired off insults at the founder of STDCarriers.com that could have angered a lesser man, but bounced off him like bullets off Superman's chest because he never cares what people think of him anyway. The insults however combined with the timing of the messages, refusal to verify an email address, the presence of Jon Groff’s email address in the reply-to header in initial replies to verification requests sent by STD Carriers, and the impatience of the subject combined with litigious threats implying that STD Carriers would be sued if the report were not removed quickly led the owner of STD Carriers to suspect this alleged author of being an imposter. Although these suspicions remain it is entirely possible that the subject was telling the truth and the author conducted himself in a way intended to give her more grief, but we do not know and we certainly do not consider the author of these emails to be a reliable source of information.

STD Carriers is re-opening this investigation after learning that another website independently copied a portion of the report with a link to it and posted it on one of their pages before removing it for undisclosed legal reasons. After researching the removal policies of that site and how rare it is for them to remove content under such circumstances we believe that the content was most likely removed at the request a government agency or judicial officer in the United States. This fact significantly increases the credibility of the subject in our opinion.

We still do not know what has taken place or who to believe, but we highly suspect that what you are about to read contains evidence of a crime. If these emails did in fact come from Jon Groff and he is telling the truth then the subject of the report is a mentally ill prostitute with HPV, a history of using drugs, and using sex to bribe a public servant. If these emails did in fact come from Jon Groff and the subject is telling the truth then Jon Groff is an adulterous stalker with Herpes on anti-psychotic medication. If the emails did in fact come from Jon Groff and both of them are lying then they need hobbies. If the emails did in fact come from Jon Groff and both of them are telling the truth then these people are insane. If Jon Groff didn’t write these emails then he is the victim of identity theft.

STDCarriers.com might not know who the liar is here, but we do know that we hate being caught in the middle of disputes between grown adults that we don’t know and we don't take too kindly to being pressured with litigious threats before we have time to make up our minds around here. We know that we have better things to do than re-visiting an old issue that has always been more productive to ignore by publishing evidence that could make some question our professionalism, but it is the right thing to do.

The Groff Emails

These emails have been edited to remove email addresses out of courtesy to protect the parties involved from spam bots, to remove a URL that would otherwise give free advertising to an undesirable website, and to remove the name of the STDCarriers.com representative addressing the matter. The emails start with a request sent to STDCarriers.com by someone claiming to be Jon Groff followed by our responses and those of the alleged author published one after the other. It should be noted that our first two responses were sent several days apart, but due to a problem with Earthlink’s server they were delivered at the same time. Our last two responses could not be retrieved from the server for technical reasons noted.

Thanks for getting back. Yes, I sent the email but I have no recollection of posting the report and so even less recollection of what the password might be to access the account to delete the post. My feelings about it being up are irrelevant as she has persuaded the D.A. to compel its removal. Beside that, after these many years her HPV is most likely a danger only to her own cervix unless she has managed to brew up a new and different batch of funk to unload on some lonely, unsuspecting schmuck.

At any rate she is an extremely effective manipulator and displays sociopathic tendencies bordering on psychopathy, and so to become the target of her evil wrath is not something you, nor I, nor the mightiest amongst us would want.

So for all these reasons and more, if you could spare the time and kindness to unleash your mighty powers of deletion on that post it will spare us all having to face something from the darkest places of this Earth, a malice venomous and unyielding, an evil potent and enduring, a wrath caustic and unending.

To remove the report about Jane Doe from STDCarriers.com please do one of two things. First you could send me an email from ####@neocoretechs.com requesting removal, reply to my confirmation response so that I know your message was authentic, and wait for me to remove it for you or you could take responsibility for yourself by removing it using the account manager.

How to Remove Your STD Carrier Reports

To remove a STD Carrier Report that you have written all you have to do is login to your Account Manager, click on the tab that says “My STD Carriers”, click on the linkbutton that says “Select” to the left of the Carrier # for the report you would like to edit, set the “Active (Visible to Public)” option to false, scroll down the bottom left side of the screen until you see the “Update” linkbutton, and click on the “Update” button to change the record.

If you follow the above correctly the record should no longer be visible to the public and attempts to access its URL should get redirected to Celebrities with STDs. If that fails to work try again and check the editor for any error messages after clicking the “Update” button. Error message appear as red text next to where the error occurred and can be caused by any number of things including bad language, too much text, not enough text, adding HTML code, or failing to specify a required value.

In the time it will take me to tinkle out this shit I could have deactivated the record myself, but I care about my users and protecting their ability to exercise free speech is very important to me. Now all I need you to do is respond to this message confirming that you got it with the NeoCoreTechs.com address you specified in the reply to header and state that you want the profile deleted. Since you own the domain name I will assume that the buck stops with you when it comes to the ####@neocoretech.com address.

BTW, nice move with the no recollection approach. It became a favorite of mine ever since Clear and Present Danger came out because proving what someone can remember at any given time is nearly impossible, but it doesn't always work though. Shortly after graduating from college I was a passenger in the back seat of a car where a friend of mine nicknamed Short Bus for being a moron decided to smoke a bowl in the front seat. When the driver got pulled over for going 75 in a 55 he asked me if we were smoking weed in the car and I said "I have no recollection of any such activity" to which he responded "that's probably because of all the dope you were smoking" before giving us all tickets.

Now tinkle out some shit for me so that I know whether or not this is a message from you just in case she created a bogus Earthlink account for the purpose of impersonating you to get the report removed. My gut feeling tells me that this chick probably has HPV and will do everything she can to get off the list now that she has your plea bargain to use as ammunition or she thinks using threats of snitchery to steamroll me into removing it. Either way you are the author and the final decision is yours no matter what you decide. As someone in the process of launching the most free speech Craigslist alternative ever built and a long history of getting threats from all kinds of people I will never let myself be intimidated by cyberbullying into censoring a user unless I am convinced that a clear policy violation has taken place.

Why is she 'Jane' and I am 'Groff' or 'full name'..tell the author it sounds combative and just does not sparkle with me. Current suspects are Doe and/or someone on your staff who she, in her oh so masterful way, has manipulated into taking a position with no idea of the potential shitstorm they are wading into. This evil wench has even somehow apparently co-opted an assistant D.A., perhaps with her giant, dripping, pathogenic gash. Heinous offense sounds so, well, heinous. Obviously someone has been manipulated once again and has foregone any will of their own to decide the situation.

Are you not now dying to know what I did to earn what was eventually reduced to a 'telephonic harassment' charge? I put up a website called JaneDoemusic.com, put some pics of her in her undies from behind (no face visible) and offered to sell it to her for $5k, a reasonable rate. She blows this Multnomah county OR A.D.A, Kevin Demer. into trying to charge me with identity theft since the domain partially had her name. I figured the asshole might just convince a grand jury with her spewing her waterworks and oh, so good at it, in the court room. I plea bargained the lowest misdemeanor possible which is the same charge as crank calling someone.

Now she has this Assistant D.A., Kevin Demer, on me again. In the first incident he sent the cops to my place and they tossed it and took all my cameras, computers, backups, my triple beam for christs sakes, so I copped to the bogus charge at my attorneys suggestion. I think my attorney is afraid of him or wants to stay in his good graces. Demer the A.D.A., in the plea agreement, promised to return my property, which he never did. He claimed he spent 200 hours and $20000 'investigating' me. I served my 1 year unsupervised probation without a hitch ending in March of this year. This whole thing has trampled my constitutional rights and marred my permanent record as well as ruined my health and employment prospects. This pathetic public servant is wholeheartedly abusing what power he has and no one seems able to even slow him down. He was hot to set a legal precedent by charging me with identity theft for registering a domain name essentially. Can you imagine the repercussions of that precedent somehow actually being set?

This all sounds so Kafka-esque that I think it makes me sound the lunatic which is why I tell very few people but it seems like I may need to tell more. I may need advice and help, perhaps from someone like you with experience in defending against these types of attacks. As far as I'm concerned you can leave the original post up until the fifth age of middle earth but these new slanderous comments serve only to act as her tool of sociopathic manipulation so perhaps its best if we discuss it further and I get more of your input on how to proceed. I am having trouble creating a profile with the neocoretechs domain as reply-to so as to send you mail from that address. I have a support call in to Earthlink. Meanwhile this Demer asshole is back to threatening me through my lawyer every few days.

I appreciate your embracing of the concept of faulty human memory. It seems as though you believe I may be perpetuating a ruse however. I can assure you I actually did not remember posting this as it was almost 3 years and tons of booze and pills ago. After that bitch I decided a I deserved a slow death for being so gullible and for diving headlong into the gaping void that is the true nature of the female psyche. I don't have time for this shit and I want to get things taken care of because I am launching a new site this week and won't have time to address this at all no matter what for the most part, but in order to do that you need to confirm ownership of your NeoCoreTechs.com account so that I know you are who you say you are. You can do that simply by responding to this email and confirming your identity. If you are having problems with that domain name too bad, deal with it, and fix it yourself otherwise there is nothing I can do to help either of you unless she tests clean for HPV or you login to your account and remove the page yourself.

As for you false accusations of slander I can assure you that the comment is 100% true. I received a scanned document of what looks like a plea agreement of yours resulting in a conviction for the heinous crime of telephonic harassment. Now sure I've heard of crimes considered far more heinous by most people(rape, murder, etc.), but whenever a crime impacts my life by causing me so much as a mild inconvenience (ex: having to read the plea agreement) it becomes just as heinous if not more so in my book. If you don't like it too bad because heinousness will always be in the eye of the beholder just like all adjectives used to describe things for which no standards must be met beyond basic definitions to justify their use as technically correct.

I understand that she merely needs to provide a clean bill of health stating freedom from HPV and you can remove the posting as well. I will contact my lawyer to pass this info along.

I look forward to continuing to work with you to resolve the issue of Ms. Does STD posting in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of her and her Assistant D.A.
