Noel Simon Bowland is facing charges of aggravated sexual assault for exposing multiple partners to HIV without telling them about it. The incident occurred in Waterloo, Ontario where fellow HIV exposure criminal Steven Paul Boone participated in a foursome with two other men who are not believed to be HIV positive.


Waterloo Police want anyone who has had sexual contact with Boone or Bowland to call them at 519-650-8500 Ext 8672

5/27/2010 - As someone claiming to be Noel Bowland pointed out the Waterloo PD bulletin originally cited as a source did no mention HIV or the sex party. That link has been replaced with one of numerous other news stories that links Bowland to Steven Boone. It mentions that Boone and "another infected man had a foursome with two victims" before listing Bowland as being arrested. From this and the charges he is facing one can conclude that Bowland was the other infected man at the sex party.
