This former volunteer at the Rainbow Promise Community Church in Lakeland, Florida was arrested at 1751 Alyssum Loop in the Ariana Village Mobile Home Park and now sits in the Polk County Jail charged with raping a 13 year old boy.
The arrest took place after police arranged a recorded phone call between the victim and Temple.
