Jessie Allen Tuff on Duluth Minnesota is charged with exposing Debbie Jean Miller, 50 to the HIV virus he has carrier for over 10 years without telling her about it. To make matters worse Miller has had to contact five other women who she knows that dated him. Miller found out when she read an email from his ex-wife that he infected.
