Explanation:
Marcus Taylor of Rock Falls, Illinois was charged during the first quarter of 2009 with knowingly exposing several women to HIV without telling them about it.

In March 2009 Police announced that anyone who believes to be a victim can call (877) 625-7867 to make an anonymous report.

Since March other women have come forward saying that he used the alias "Murdock" when exposing them.

HIV tests are available at the Whiteside County Health Department for $20.
