Tired of being the butt of homophobic remarks Daniel Allen took a bite into crime and a chunk out his neighbors lip after what started as an argument over a football in Allen's. Apparently his neighbor and his buddies fired off a routine volley of anti-gay remarks before a scuffle in which Allen admits biting his neighbor on the mouth.

Other:

Allen's attorney calls this prosecution an anti-gay hate crime and claiming the bite to be self defense due to being harassed as if sexual orientation effects ones ability to open and their mouth.
