Pham Cao Le of Brampton, Ontario was arrested for having sex with two men and failing to disclose his HIV status. Although no true date is known as to how long Le has been HIV positive it is believed that he has been infected for at least seven (7) years. Brampton met his victims while trolling the internet for men to have sex with.
Investigators urge anyone who think that they may have had intimate contact with Pham Cao Le to contact the Special Victims Unit at 905-253-2121 or Peel Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
