In 2005, Jennifer Murphy was charged with 2 counts of aggravated assault for not informing men of her HIV-Positive status prior to a sexual encounter. Some of the men soldiers at Canadian Forces Base Borden (CFB Borden). Contrary to her allegations she insists with 2 witnesses present she informed the men of her HIV-Positive conditions. Although she later entered a guilty plea.
