Todd Joseph Duplantis of 215 Glenwood Drive in Houma, Louisiana was arrested for failing to disclose his HIV status to a male undercover officer that he propositioned for sex on the Barataria bridge between Park Avenue and Main Street in downtown Houma. Police say if he had not solicited an undercover cop he would have exposed and possibly infected a real prostitute.
