Things to Avoid When Contacting STD Carriers

Please don't use this form to do any of the following things.

Threats

- Please do not send threats of any kind. If you do send threats be advised that we reserve the right to report cyberbullying and such reporting may involve the disclosure of personal information about you including, but is not necessarily limited to email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses.

Unconstructive Ranting

- Constructive criticism is welcome, but unconstructive rants (pointless complaining usually full of profanity) accomplish nothing and we reserve the right to publish notable rants along with all information we have about the source. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses.

Third Party Site Related Complaints

- STD Carriers has no control over information copied from it and posted elsewhere on the web for the most part. This included search engines like Google, Yahoo, and Bing until recently, but thanks to a new reputation management program it is now possible to bury reports on search engines. Please direct all search engine related questions to the No Limit List Corporate Advocacy Program (NLLCAP).

Telephone interviews are possible for members of the media and potential advertisers who can verify their identity. Please contact us at least 48 hours before any deadline since we do not have time to check emails every day, but do so several times a week.

By Regular Mail

We no longer list our P.O. Box in this section in order to assist users in contacting us via email. This decision was made in response to people sending material via standard mail other than test results including complaints despite clear instructions to send all complaints via email. With the exceptions of shipping merchandise and receiving test results we do not do business via standard mail due to the fact that email rendered regular mail obsolete as a means of text based communication over a decade ago.
