Isaiah Jacob Diaz of Midland County, Michigan plead guilty to having sex with an underage girl without telling her that he has AIDS and was sentenced to nine months in jail with three years of probation on November 18, 2009.
Despite this sentence current Michigan Department of Corrections Records indicate that he is free as a probationer with no photograph listed on his inmate profile or any of the news reports about his arrest.
According to the Michigan Department of Corrections he has piercing in both ears, a tattoo on his left forearm that says "legend", and one on his right forearm that says "I am" with flames around it.
