Edward I. Casto of Spokane, Washington was arrested for having unprotected sex with a minor without telling her that he is HIV positive. The victim was a friend of his 15 year old girlfriend who he informed of his HIV status back in May before having unprotected sex with her at his apartment located at 12710 E. Shannon in Spokane.
