Information Source: "Rumor". FALSE.
User name: "shannajenks" obviously Ms. Jenks herself did not post this and someone was trying to impersonate her to add false carrier profile. The email provided for user account was also false as well.
Conclusion: FALSE report.

The user who added this person does not exist, it was a false account and false Email used. Attorney would like IP address used to initiate user account, sent to Attorney by USPS mail. This profile is scheduled to removed due to false information at next system purge.
