4/27/2012 - Speaking of pranks how do I know this is a real high school cheerleader not a model posing for an advertisement? This looks like the kind of picture I would expect to see in an ad promoting a professional photography service or a cheerleader costume. Most high school cheerleaders I've seen have the name of their school or at least its three letter abbreviation (ex: FHS for Franklin High School) on their uniform. This uniform has no distinguishing marks beyond a generic looking logo and name.
4/27/2012 - Oops, thought I posted this first: I have not heard anything from the government regarding this matter and she should not be afraid to go down to the station, show her id to an officer, and ask that officer to email me saying that she is in fact 16 using a government email address that I can quickly reply to so the officer can reply to me and I can kick the author. It seems practical because I wouldn't have to see her id, I would just have to confirm that an official vouches for her age.
4/27/2012 - You also need to understand that I have to protect myself from pranksters and I cannot create a scenario that would require me to delete every report for which the age of the subject is disputed. If I did that it would only take a handful of trolls with nothing better to do than upload pictures of kids and complain for me to end up spending every waking hour deleting pictures of kids.
4/25/2012 - If you wish to contact me directly so we can talk this out - out of the public eyes then I am game. You have my information as well my daughters, and even the person who claimed this info to be correct -I bet that email is a fake one. I know for a fact others like state of Oregon justice dept, FBI,her boyfriends family have contacted you about this to as he didn't up this up and his name is also being used falsely. The interest to take this to court is there but we would rather get it down.
4/25/2012 - The problem I see with that is the same that I have been advised by her doctors not to give out personal information to a webmaster who doesn't need proof for the information to go up. Professionals involved have stated giving any personal information could create identity fraud later. My issue we cant send blood work because it gives you (a stranger) access to her personal information, the same way any other information could. We would like to work with you to have this information removed.
4/20/2012 - My idea is based on the Illegal Alien Report removal process at http://illegalalienreport.com/legal/reputation-management/ which allows people falsely accused of being illegal aliens to contact a authorities and request a check of their immigration status before having an official email the site from a verifiable .gov email address saying that they are legal. This would be the same, but for verifying age instead of immigration status. What do you think?
4/20/2012 - parent - I understand your frustration and I apologize if you feel that my policies are causing you or anyone in your family any grief, but you have to understand that I have to look at the big picture when determining how content is removed. With that said I think I've come up with an idea for a policy change that would work in cases like this without creating a scenario in which anyone could have any report removed simply by claiming to be under 18.
4/20/2012 - naivelover - You're wasting your time with Google. Google will never remove a site from its search results just because some people are offended by the content. Many have tried to do that with countless sites (Ripoff Report, Pissed Consumer, Complaints Board, etc.) and Google has denied them every single time.

4/19/2012 - I am the mother of this 16 year old girl. I have to tell you this is slander, and the cyber bully who did this will be caught as we do have the FBI and a lawyer working on this. I have requested that information be taken down as it is incorrect, I have also reported it online to many government agency's as a false record of a minor. I have asked the webmaster to remove this site for the same reasons to date we have not heard back.
4/19/2012 - I can not allow any further personal information to be in the hands of a stranger, so at this point it will be in the hands of the law and the lawyers. If the webmaster had done some research he would have seen that her age on the linked page via Facebook is incorrect on this page. Therefore the legal stand point is that there are many laws being broken by the bully (who will be caught) and by the webmaster.
4/18/2012 - How can a complete stranger determine someone's age solely based on a picture and anonymous complaints? I can say that she looks youthful, but so does the decoy from To Catch a Predator. You know the flat chested woman who answers the door and walks out back as Chris Hanson walks in. I have no clue how old this person is and even if she is not 18 it is impossible for a picture of anyone fully clothed to be pornography unless the person is engaged in a sexual act which she clearly is not.

4/16/2012 - Also the picture used in this garbage was stolen from her Facebook page and is used without her or her parents expressed consent, she is a MINOR, I believe that the transmition of a minors image without parental consent over international telecommunication lines constitutes child pornography, and shall be presented as such when the investigation begins.
4/16/2012 - Why is this Slander of a sixteen year old girl still on this site? The cyber bullies who posted this are to inept to even get Her boyfriends name right, Josh is my nephew and he is also sixteen. Why when the parents and family of these childeren have contacted the site administrators to inform you of the cyberbullying, have you not removed it. Why should she have to provide a doctors note to proove her innocence when she is the victim. This Website is being investigated by the CRTC, good luck.
