Nushawn Williams also known as Shykeet Johnson was convicted of second degree rape and reckless endangerment back in 2008 and sentenced to 12 years in prison. One of the most notorious criminal HIV transmitters of all time Williams or Johnson is known to have infected at least 12 woman with the virus that causes AIDS including a 13 year old. The health department first became aware of his HIV status back in 1996. Some reports estimate the number of women he infected to be greater than 16, but the grand total is still unknown.

Williams was denied release at every one of his parole hearing and completed his maximum sentence on April 13, 2010.
