Pastor James Howard Bell of The Refuge Temple Church of God in Christ turned himself in on December 31, 2008 for molesting a 15 year old boy. This is a strange case since according to the news there was no prior investigation before he turned himself in. Needless to say he eventually did the right thing and will hopefully punishment and mental help he needs.
