Authorities arrested Sheila M. Smith of Oscala, Florida on August 14, 2009 for having unprotected sex with a 58 year old man. Police say Smith was informed by the Marion County Health Department in May of 2009 and that the department warned her not to have any sexual activity with anyone without first informing him/her of her medical condition.


She has been arrested several time for offenses including armed robbery, fraud, drug possession, and prostitution.
