Joseph Huynh is legally supposed to disclose that he has this virus prior to sexual contact, so if he doesn't and he transmits the virus to you, then be aware that you can (and should) press charges against him to prevent him from continuing to spread this to other people. As failing to disclose his incurable STD prior to sexual contact is a misdemeanor in the state of Texas.
