Frank knew he had contracted HIV and still went on to make a child with his babies mama. He denies having HIV to all that know him and runs around having unprotected sex with as many girls as he can. He baits them with oral sex both vaginal and anal then moves in for the kill.
He carries trich like people carry change,, and chlamydia is like his favorite food. He gets sores around his mouth but I am not sure if he has clinical herpes.
