Tony Perkins of Greenwood, Indiana was convicted of failing to inform two of the twenty six women he is know to have exposed to the HIV virus. Perkins claimed that when he first began disclosing his HIV status to women after his 2004 diagnosis they would never call him again and treated him like he "had the plague".
After that Perkins started trolling online dating sites for women as well as hooking up with prostitutes. He said that he would explain the AIDS related legions on his face as shaving nicks.
His last girlfriend Vicki Branch told police that he had gotten HIV from a prostitute and that in his eyes any woman dumb enough to sleep with him was giving it back to the whore.
He is rumored to have solicited women in the Louisville, Kentucky area as well as the greater Indianapolis area.
One prostitute claimed that he bragged about sleeping with over 100 women, but it should be noted that most men who frequent prostitutes exaggerate their numbers.
